Our Mindfulness & Resilience Program equips students with emotional strength, self awareness and coping skills. Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises and experiential activities, students build focus, confidence, empathy and resilience. The program prepares them to manage challenges, stay balanced under pressure and develop lifelong emotional intelligence.
